Return and Refund Policy
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return the product(s) in their original condition. All tags must be attached to the products for return. We cannot accept refunds for products that have been worn and/or stained, or those that have been customized.
Do not send the package without first contacting us by email at contact@kaseyatelier.com, as we may be unable to process the refund. In your email, please provide the following information:
– Reason for return
– Photos of the products
– Order number
Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can choose how you wish to return the product to us, but we recommend opting for a shipping method with tracking.
If possible, please use our packaging to return the product(s) to us, as it is reusable.
If you are returning the package from a country outside the European Union, it is very important to visibly attach the invoice sent by email to the package to prevent it from being held up at customs.
Please send us the tracking number, if available, once you have shipped the product.
Refunds
Once the package is received and if it is in the requested condition, you will receive your refund within 14 business days. We will notify you by email.
However, if we do not receive the package and do not have a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot refund your order. To avoid this issue, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.
Your refund request may also be denied if we find that the product(s) is (are) not in the original condition (i.e., without tags, stained, used, etc.).
Please be aware that if the package was returned to us because you did not wish to pay the duties, taxes, or additional fees of the country you are in, we will deduct the shipping costs from the total amount of your refund.
Exchange
To avoid any errors regarding the model, please double-check your phone model.
If you genuinely wish to exchange a product, you will first need to return the one you received. After verifying that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
